GENERAL TERMS OF USE
1. Introduction
Access to and use of the Site are governed by these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the "General Terms"). Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products, presuppose the reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these General Terms and the General Terms of Sale.

If a clause of these General Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason ineffective, its invalidity or ineffectiveness will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
2. Site Content
Access to and use of the Site, including viewing web pages, communicating with the Seller, the ability to download product information, and purchasing products on the website, are activities conducted by our users exclusively for personal purposes unrelated to any commercial, business, or professional activity.

Arcadia cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites and the rules they adopt, including those regarding your privacy and the processing of your personal data during your browsing activities. Arcadia, in fact, cannot be considered responsible for the non-compliant use of the Site and its content by each of its users, except for Arcadia's liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence. If you are a consumer, for legal relationships governed by these General Terms, particular reference is made to Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, the "Consumer Code," and subsequent additions and amendments.
If, instead, you act in the exercise of your business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, it is mutually established that these General Terms and any other agreements that refer to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan Court.
