Shipping delivery times
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery of the products purchased on www.pt-torino.com takes on average between two and four business days when ordered within Italy and the EU and between three and eight business days when ordered for all other destinations, depending on the shipping method chosen when confirming the order
All our orders are prepared and dispatched from Italy within one working day of the order’s confirmation, except during sales or busy periods when there may be delays in order processing.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
To be sure that you get your items by 25 December, please note the following cutoff dates:
INTERNATIONAL: Standard shipping: all orders must be placed by 17 December to ensure delivery by Christmas. Express shipping: all orders must be placed by 18 December.
ITALY: all orders must be placed by 17 December to ensure delivery by Christmas
Orders placed between 01st December 2025 and 31st December 2025 can be returned within 30 days
For orders placed by credit card, you need to add one working day to the standard shipping time for regular administrative checks. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the payment confirmation.
